We do our best to run each level of class at our studio and other Dublin locations. Our classes range from Beginners right up to more advanced levels.

Each course can be repeated as many times as you feel comfortable before progressing onto another level.

Mat Classes

As the name implies, these mat exercises can be done anytime, anywhere, just with a mat. Created to develop core strength, stability, flexibility and spinal health, this workout avails of the body’s own resistance with the help of occasional resistive equipment. These classes range from Total Beginners to Advanced levels. As part of our Mat Classes you can also find:

Our new class offers many of the benefits of private classes and a great opportunity to get personal attention with the company of a friend or partner.

Our classical ballet classes, taught by ballerina Arianna Ghisu, guarantees good muscle tone and creates a harmonious body by increasing flexibility of the muscles and joint mobility. Catering for both beginners and more experienced dancers. Ballet is a cardiovascular activity improves lung capacity, increases heart rate and the metabolism. It fully connects one’s whole being with both body and mind getting lost in the music, rhythm and expression.

Private/Small Sessions

We specialise in private pilates classes for individuals and small groups (3-5 people max) in Dublin. We have a number of spaces in the daytime or evenings to suit your schedule.Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced at practising pilates, you may benefit from a number of 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 on either mat or reformer or small group sessions with one of our expert instructors. We provide a service for companies to run Pilates classes for their staff at their place of work. Classes are fully adaptable to ensure suitable times and duration. Early morning, lunchtime or evening classes can be arranged to best suit your employees. We can arrange to supply special equipment to any corporate location.

Minimum 8 to a maximum of 15 people in a class.
